Three weeks ago I decided to put my editing and HR skills to use by helping people who are job hunting. The response has been overwhelming, and also bittersweet in the sense that I realised so many people struggle with how to write even a basic CV, never mind one that stands out. So not only are jobs scarce, but there are qualified people out there sitting at home all because no one ever taught them how to sell themselves. So I decided to offer a CV editing service at a much lower fee than one would usually find out there. So far, about 20 people have received jobs soon after I edited their documents. Look at GOD!
So anyway, I posted several threads on Twitter for people who would like to edit their own CV’s. I’m going to repost that info here for those who are not on Twitter. Please click on the links below to view and/or download the documents. If you still need my help in editing then don’t hesitate to email me (firstname.lastname@example.org). I hope this helps!
